Are new being prepped. The new charts will show up a day or so before the current expiration date.

Are now being processed. The new charts will be available a day or so before the old charts expire.
OS3.0 and zoom
So Apple has still not reviewed 1.4.3.3 which has fixes for OS3.0 – it been two weeks now!
Once 1.4.3.3 becomes available please update to it and the zoom will work again.
